Tabitha Trotter takes your privacy seriously.  She will not share your information without your consent.  By clicking below you are saying you give permission for Tabitha to take notes about you, including personal information you choose to disclose to her, and information regarding your labor, birth and postpartum, as well as any information regarding your child/ren.  You understand that this information may be used for the purpose of doula certification or recertification and will be shared with the Certification Committee of DONA International.  You realize that this information will be shared with the doula that is providing backup support.  You also understand that this information will anonymously be used by the DONA International Data Collection Committee for statistical purposes and that Tabitha may use this information to provide you with a summary for your own personal use.
