As a Doula, I Do Not:
I will not perform any clinical tasks, including temperature, blood pressure, fetal heart checks, vaginal exams, or other medical procedures that fall under the legal definition of practicing medicine.

Speak to the staff on your behalf
I will discuss your concerns with you and suggest options, but you or your partner will speak on your behalf to the clinical staff.
Make decisions for you
I will help you get the information necessary to make an informed decision. I will also remind you if there is a departure from your earlier states wishes.
I will not provide information, dosages, or advice concerning prescription or alternative medications or medical advice pertaining to you or your baby.

All services include unlimited virtual support, phone calls, texts, and emails before labor.
Birth Only
Includes:

1-2 visits prior to labor (may be virtual or in person)

1-2 hours immediately following birth for photos, discussion of birth, etc (may not apply for Cesarean)

2 hours of postpartum care in your home (optional, at no additional cost)
